Privacy Operations Specialist (Korean)

We're partnering with a global technology organization that supports users across multiple markets and places a strong focus on data privacy, compliance, and customer trust. What you'll do: Handle privacy-related inquiries and requests from Korean-speaking users Ensure accurate processing of sensitive information and records Support investigations, audits, and compliance-related activities Track inquiry trends and prepare reports for stakeholders Assist with privacy incident reporting and escalation processes when required
What we're looking for: Native-level Korean and professional English communication skills 1–3 years of experience in customer support, compliance, privacy operations, or a similar administrative role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information Comfortable using office applications and learning new internal systems Available to work Korean business hours (KST)
