Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Technician (PSTS-2026-24857):

Bowhead seeks to network with aPrivate Branch Exchange (PBX) Technician for a future or upcoming taskingto provide Base Telecom Support at the Whidbey Island, WA. ThePrivate Branch Exchange (PBX) Technicianeffort will provide telecommunications operations and maintenance (O&M). This position will require both in office and infield experience and duties.

On job and verification training is offered for all full time Bowhead employees after 30 days of employment.






**Responsibilities**

Job duties incude but are not limited to:


+ Operate and maintain government-owned **telephony switches (PBX)** , including:
+ **Nortel Meridian Option 81C**
+ Perform:
+ Troubleshooting and repair of switch issues
+ Software updates and patching
+ Installation and configuration of switch hardware
