Private Chef- Indian Cuisine

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Private Chef to join a UHNW family based in Victory Heights, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in South Indian cuisine as a primary requirement, along with the ability to prepare a variety of Asian cuisines, including Vietnamese, Thai and other Southeast Asian specialties. The chef should be personable, well‑presented, adaptable and experienced in serving private households while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for the family focusing on authentic and healthy South Indian cuisine.
• Create and serve a variety of Asian dishes, including Vietnamese, Thai and other regional specialties.
• Plan menus in consultation with the family accommodating dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
