Job Summary

Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is hiring a full‑time or part‑time Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent to join their Private Client department in Chester.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in private client caseloads, including wills, probate, tax, and trust matters.
• Build and strengthen existing and new client relationships.
• Contribute effectively as a fee earner within a successful private client team.

Qualifications

• Legal qualification with experience or a strong background in private client work.
• Ability to manage a caseload of wills, probate, tax and trust matters.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
