An established regional firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its busy and supportive department.

• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney; assist with the administration of estates from instruction through to distribution; prepare probate applications and liaise with HMRC and financial institutions.
• Support the team on Trust matters, manage client communications with professionalism and empathy, and maintain accurate file records while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Have prior experience within a Private Client team, confident drafting Wills and LPAs, and a good understanding of the probate process.
