Private Client Solicitor – Bearsden/Paisley

This established Scottish law firm specialising in family law is currently recruiting an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its well-regarded team based in Paisley or Bearsden. Renowned for its expertise across family law, property law, employment law, commercial law, and estate planning, this firm provides comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses throughout Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and a strong background in private client work. Key responsibilities include executry management, handling Inheritance Tax cases, trusts, drafting wills and Powers of Attorney, and managing guardianships. Reporting directly to the Head of Private Client & Commercial Department, you will work closely with an expert team to deliver tailored legal solutions to families, individuals, businesses, and charities.
