Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the administration of executries and trusts, including both straightforward and complex estates
  • Advising clients on succession planning, inheritance tax, and related private client matters
  • Drafting legal documentation and correspondence in connection with executries and trust work
  • Managing your own caseload, proactively progressing matters and liaising with clients and third parties
  • Maintaining regular client contact, both in person and remotely, and managing client expectations
