The Role

A well established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced and compassionate Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own caseload, work closely with clients and contribute to the continued development of a progressive Private Client department. In this role, you will handle a broad range of private client matters including drafting Wills, administering estates and Probate, preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, handling Court of Protection applications and advising on Trusts and estate planning.
