Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive

An excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an ambitious and progressive firm with strong vision and growth strategies. What youll be doing: Managing your own caseload of private client matters; Drafting wills and trusts; Preparing probate applications and administering estates of varying complexity; Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney; Handling contentious and non-contentious probate matters; Making applications to the Court of Protection and advising elderly and vulnerable clients; Preparing deeds of variation and advising on gifts; Liaising with solicitors, the Probate Registry, Land Registry, Office of the Public Guardian, and other third parties; Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals where required.
