We are currently working with a well‑established law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideally suited to a solicitor, legal executive or experienced fee earner who can confidently manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. The firm is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is not seeking a training role.

The Role

You will handle a varied private client caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Elderly client work

The successful candidate must be comfortable drafting wills independently and have experience handling multiple probate matters from instruction through to completion.
