Private Equity Analyst, Singapore

Permanent headcount, based in Singapore Leading private equity firm Open to candidates with 1+ yr of experience in Investment Banking or buyside Responsibilities would include: Support senior MDs on sourcing and assessing investment opportunities Build and review complex financial models, conduct valuation on private companies using comparable public companies and precedent transactions, scenario analysis, comprehensive due diligence, and provide strategic insights to senior management Prepare and present detailed investment memos, covering strategic rationale, risks, and financial considerations Form an independent opinion about an investment opportunity or a sector, present arguments and considerations effectively and communicate that verbally / in writing to defend your position during IC meetings Monitor industry trends, perform market research to formulate investment strategies and identify new opportunities Monitor the performance of the firm's existing fund managers and underlyi...
