BCI manages a diversified portfolio of gross assets valued at $295billion. We are seeking a highly motivated private equity analytics co‑op student for the Fall2026 (September‑December) work term. Responsibilities

Assist the Private Equity Analytics team in driving investment decision‑making by providing timely analysis and reporting. Analyze sources of return within the portfolio, identify key drivers and opportunities for return enhancement and risk mitigation. Monitor portfolio and fund performance against relevant benchmarks, highlight out‑ or under‑performance, and recommend actions. Develop and improve portfolio‑monitoring processes, leveraging technology, AI, and best practices. Test existing AI tools on emerging business cases and identify opportunities to utilize the data stack.
