Private Equity Associate

As an Associate you will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle working closely with senior stakeholders on sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions.

• Support end-to-end deal execution, origination, closing, and portfolio management.
• Build and review complex financial models and valuation analysis.
• Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence.
• Prepare investment memos and IC materials.
• Engage with portfolio companies and management teams to drive performance.
• Monitor existing investments and support value creation initiatives.

• 3‑4 years experience within Private Equity (buy‑side essential).
• Proven track record of transaction execution.
• Prior exposure to the GCC market.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
