Private Equity / M&A Lawyer Looking for Something Different

A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Practice Manager to support its Private Equity and M&A team in London.

This is a genuinely interesting opportunity for a qualified corporate lawyer who enjoys the pace and substance of transactional work, but is now looking for something broader than pure fee earning. The role sits at the heart of a high performing private equity and M&A practice and will work closely with partners and senior stakeholders on the day to day running of the group.

It would suit someone with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience in corporate law, ideally with strong exposure to private equity and M&A, who is interested in the people, strategy and operational side of practice management.
