Hiring | Business Development Manager – Private Label Manufacturing

Location: Um Al Quwain, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional from a Manufacturing or Private Label background to drive growth and strategic partnerships across the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage large brand accounts for private label and contract manufacturing projects.
• Develop relationships with brand owners, sourcing teams, procurement managers, distributors, and key decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to commercial closure.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and operations teams to develop customized product solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing partnerships.
