Privileged access management (pam) lead

The ARCON PAM Lead will be responsible for overseeing the Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution, ensuring secure and compliant management of privileged accounts across the organization. This role requires expertise in ARCON PAM administration, audit compliance, database management, log review strategies, and disaster recovery preparedness and drills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of ARCON PAM.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external audit requirements, including preparation and participation in audit rounds.
- Manage and maintain MS SQL databases supporting ARCON PAM infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategies for reviewing ARCON logs, recordings, and reports to detect anomalies and ensure compliance.
- Conduct and manage quarterly Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to validate PAM system resilience and business continuity.
