Pro Shop Assistant

Simbithi Country Club is looking for a customer-focused and organized Pro Shop Assistant to support the daily operations of our Pro Shop. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, service-driven, and able to maintain efficient stock control while delivering an exceptional member and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure Hygiene and cleanliness of the store is maintained at all times.
• Arrange and displays pro shop inventory. Packing and unpacking inventory. Ensuring the Pro Shop Floor and its fixtures are intact. Setting up displays and
creating a visually attractive merchandising experience to guests.
• Maintains an inventory list of stock and accounts for variances if any.
• Ensure that the shop is opened and closed on time.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
