This role supports attorneys handling probate disputes, trust administration, and related estate matters, with meaningful involvement across the full case lifecycle. Responsibilities:
• Support attorneys with probate litigation from intake through final resolution.
• Prepare, revise, and submit court filings such as petitions, motions, inventories, orders, accountings, and other case documents.
