Your new role
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join a thriving Probate team within the wider Private Client department. You will handle a high-quality and varied caseload, including administering large andplex taxable estates such as farms, landed estates, and those with international aspects; acting for national charities onplex grant applications, including applications, grants de bonis non, and trust corporation matters; and advising on estates where administration has been delayed or issues have arisen, such as incapacitated executors...
