Engage in probate administration, estate planning, and corporate law tasks. Experience you will need: Minimum 3-5+ years handling probate/trust/commercial litigation. Experience handling substantive hearings, depositions, and conducting trials. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
