The Process Analys t plays a key role within MBNL’s Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence function, supporting the development, standardisation, and continuous improvement of business processes across the organisation.

Working closely with process owners and subject matter experts, the role captures, analyses, and documents end to end processes ensuring they are clear, consistent, and aligned to governance, quality, and compliance requirements. The role translates complex operational activity into structured, practical outputs that support effective delivery and reduce risk.
