Process Associate Engineer

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC), a joint venture between Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) and NXP Semiconductors (NXP) has started construction on a 300mm wafer manufacturing facility in Singapore, targeting automotive, industrial, consumer, and mobile end markets.

You will be responsible for delivering a robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process with data‑driven analytics and systemic problem‑solving skills in the specific module (Diffusion, Etch (Dry & WET), Photolithography, Metrology, Physical Vapor Deposition, Thin Film – Chemical Vapor Deposition or Chemical Mechanical Planarization).
