Process & Billing Specialist

Your Mission

As a Process & Billing Specialist supporting the SMG Real Estate business area within the CCC Process & Quality Management Team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient processes, strong internal controls, and reliable billing and data management across SMG Real Estate. This role allows you to drive process improvements, enhance data quality, support and optimize billing processes, and take ownership of operational billing tasks while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and contributing to our overarching goals and mission.

Specifically, you will work on:

• Maintaining and improving finance process documentation, internal control documentation (IKS, audit), and control matrices
• Monitoring and enhancing data quality through dashboards, reporting, and analysis (e.g., billing, customer data)
