Process Controls Engineer

**Job Description**

**DUTIES:** Design, build, and troubleshoot electrical control and robotic systems for machinery and equipment that manufacture best-in-class and tech-forward vehicles. Analyze product, process, and technology to craft best methods to assemble packs, and protect the manufacturing process. Support design, construction, integration for new projects and RESS pack main line programs with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Ensure successful launch and support continuous improvement of equipment and tools required in plants to produce high-quality products. Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to manage program deliverables. Provide technical direction to suppliers. Design and troubleshoot electrical controls systems to existing programs at manufacturing sites. Lead automation projects for RESS PML areas and support launches at components plants.
