Process Engineer, Business Change Management (BCM), APAC

Role Context The Process Engineer is part of the Business Change Management (BCM) team within the Contract Logistics COO organization, supporting APAC operations. The BCM team is responsible for driving operational excellence, process standardization, and supporting business growth through effective solutions and continuous improvement initiatives. Capture and translate business and customer requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Develop detailed process flows, product movement diagrams, and layout designs tailored to project and/or continuous improvement (CIP) needs. Validate assumptions and benefits upon execution, re-aligning with stakeholders as necessary. Drive the CL Project Approach, DSV Quality Planning (DQP) methodology, and enterprise baseline across all regions.
