Salary: R50 000 CTC Duties & Responsibilities 5-10 years work experience within production, engineering or R&D ideally in Rx manufacturing with accountability for processes, equipment, and product quality. Contribute to technical pilots in the lab (new technology, new products). Oversee the implementation of process improvements by working closely with managers, team leaders, and employees; train staff on processes, best practices, and technical standards.
