Job Responsibilities: Troubleshooting of production process and initiate process improvement activities. Work closely with Plant Manager to ensure smooth implementation of project(s) assigned. Co-ordinate with Plant Manager in the maintenance of respective plant equipment. Ensure smooth and safe operation in Plant operations. Training of operational staff. Investigate, identify and implement corrective actions to recurrent deviations from process norm. Initiate and recommend improvement to plant process. Plan and ensure proper implementation of plant maintenance activities. Liaise with external vendors and contractors where necessary.
