- Responsible for departmental quality target
- Work with production team and supplier to investigate and troubleshoot process related issues
- To initiate evaluation and improve on existing process
- To define and work on next level technology related to the PCB process
- To answer quality complaints and to any discrepancies that arise
- To initiate continuous cost reduction activity
- Prepare and standardize work procedure and provide training to all technicians
- Set quarterly MBO and review MBO ( Management by objective)
- Responsibilities with respect to significant aspects related link to operational control in work area.
- Additional workload assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Process, Chemistry or relevant field
