Process Engineering Manager

As a Process Engineering Manager you will lead the Process Engineering team to ensure the optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for coatings products. The Process Engineering Manager will improve technical innovation, and collaboration to achieve quality, efficiency, safety, and cost targets across the plant.

You will report to Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• You will implement continuous improvement plans using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to systematically reduce waste, cycle times, and production costs across the plant.
• Analyze process data and measurements to detect inefficiencies, identify causes, and develop corrective and preventive action plans that sustain long‑term operational performance.
