Opportunity Description
- Process engineering of fine chemical organic synthesis in batch process, continuous fixed bed catalysis, dynamic adsorption and separation process.
- Process synthesis from basic experimental data, intensification, Design and verification of PFD, preparation of P&ID.
- Development of BEP (basic engineering package) of the project to be transferred from R&D to scale up (pilot) and manufacturing.
- New project creation, timeline progress.
- Material and energy balance calculations., cost evaluation.
- Simulation, modelling, bar chart or Gantt Chart, down time projection analysis.
- Technology transfer protocol and control.
- R&D, QA, QC for transferring process of Chemical products from laboratory to pilot and manufacturing
- Working and familiarization in ASPEN PLUS, HTRI, CHEMCAD, and VISIMIX, UNISIM, HYSYS, AOTOCAD, MATLAB.
