The Company

Globe 24-7 in partnership with a key mining client are working together to source an experienced and qualified Process Manager for their team in South East Africa. This will be a FIFO (fly in/fly out) role 6/3 (6 weeks on and 3 weeks off).

Responsibilities Manage the Process Plant to ensure targets are achieved within corporate safety and environmental guidelines, covering financials: Capital Cost, Profits, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Review. Maintain mill availability, throughput and recovery. Manage Process Operating Costs and Capital Expenditure. Ensure reliable operation of the Process Plant to achieve maximum final product delivery.
