Position Summary

The City of Regina is undertaking a significant Planning & Building Fee Review to modernize how permit and planning application services are funded and delivered. This project will establish a clear policy direction, build a sustainable long‑term financial model, and design updated fee structures that improve transparency, predictability, and accountability across the system.

 We are recruiting a term (up to one year) Process & Performance Consultant to play a lead role on the operating side of this work. Reporting into the project team, this position will drive the core analysis and delivery of the project.
