We are seeking a highly driven and strategic transformation professional to join our Digital Transformation team within IB CPO & CB. The role will focus on driving enterprise-wide process reimagination initiatives across operations, technology, and service functions through process optimization, intelligent automation, data-led transformation, and emerging AI capabilities.
The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting-style problem solving, operational transformation expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in redesigning complex banking processes into scalable, future-ready operating models.
