Superintendent - Water Treatment

Location: Faro Mine site, Faro, YT. This is a rotational position.

Responsible for overseeing water treatment operations at the Faro Mine site.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage water treatment operations
• Assist in forecasting the required labor level of effort monthly
• Complete timely and accurate daily records of plant and pumping performance
• Use data to support continuous improvement of the operations
• Conduct daily site inspections and record observations
• Notify management of risks relating to the water treatment process, pumps, and pipelines
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Manage within the project budget to ensure maximum value to our client for expenditures
• Monitor project and team member performance in a unionized environment
