The Workflow Transformation Analyst is a driving force in that reinvention—a hands-on change agent who doesn’t just map today’s processes but architects tomorrow’s. Embedded within our new Process Innovation COE, you will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Content Development, Production, QA, and Operations to dismantle legacy bottlenecks, design AI-native workflows, and stand up scalable operating models that dramatically accelerate speed to market and quality at scale.
