A construction and development company in Metro Manila is seeking a Procurement Officer to evaluate suppliers, coordinate procurement activities, and maintain documents. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of Civil Engineering or related courses with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Relevant experience of 1–2 years is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong negotiation skills.
