Job Description

Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the following:

- Review submitted requests for procurements and request departments need to identify the appropriate procurement method.
- Completion and administration of tasks related to the procurement of construction services contracts via various procurement methods, from initial request through the execution of the contract award and registration.
- Review bid solicitation documents, complete all related professional tasks and as needed coordinate with the requesting department throughout the procurement process to ensure that all solicitations are complaint with NYCHA's PPM.
- Draft, finalize and submit all procurement public notices to various publication platforms.
- Administer and coordinate all tasks related to pre bidder conferences to ensure that all NYCHA active procurements are being viewed by various vendor pools such as Section 3 Business Concerns through vendor outreach, ...
