Procurement Associate I — Contract (Hybrid, Basking Ridge, NJ)
Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Associate I to support their Procurement Operations team. This is a hybrid contract role (1–2 days onsite per week).
Responsibilities:
• Support daily procurement operations and project work
• Clean up and maintain supplier databases; identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or missing information
• Manage shared mailboxes — answer inquiries and assist users, suppliers, requestors, and business owners
• Update office supply user profiles (shipping addresses, cost centers, approvers)
• Review and manage the small business/diversity inbox; invite and register new suppliers on the company portal
• Analyze reports from SAP and supplier management tools to align mismatched data
• Assist with requisition review and inquiries
