The main purpose of the procurement coordinator is to co-ordinate procurement process from internal requirements to receiving the orders at premises.

Procurement and Inbound Duties Supplier pricing updates in Acumatica. Local and International Purchase order processing with correct incoterms and named places. Submit Proforma invoices/order confirmation to Accounts for Cash in Advance Suppliers. ETA updates in Acumatica for shipments in transit. Notify forwarder/s of shipments for bookings to be made. Complete clearing instructions for Customs clearing and check clearing documents for correctness. Obtain estimates for freight from forwarders. Track and trace international parcels. Arrange collection of local supplier orders placed if not delivered by them. General Responsibilities Build multiple contact relationships with suppliers.
