Procurement Executive / Manager

Handle end-to-end procurement for solar EPC projects including: Solar modules Inverters Module mounting structures (MMS) ACDB/DCDB Cables and connectors Transformers and HT/LT equipment SCADA and monitoring systems BOS materials Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and EPC vendors. Float RFQs, evaluate techno-commercial bids, and prepare comparative statements. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, delivery timelines, and commercial contracts. Coordinate closely with: Project execution teams Engineering/design teams Finance/accounts Site teams Ensure timely material dispatches and delivery tracking to project sites. Maintain procurement MIS, PO tracking, inventory coordination, and vendor performance records. Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, import duties, and supply-chain risks related to solar components.
