We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Procurement Executive
with experience in the
water industry
to support the Company's purchasing operations. The role involves supplier evaluation, sourcing, negotiation, purchase order management, and close coordination with project and service teams to ensure timely and compliant procurement. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate suppliers regularly to ensure approved vendors can meet the Company's purchasing requirements, particularly for water treatment equipment, materials, services, logistics, and supply chain support. Obtain quotations and negotiate contracts, commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers, vendors, contractors, freight forwarders, and logistics providers. Generate and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers, vendors, and contractors in a timely and accurate manner.
