Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate procurement activities for projects in the MENA and Europe regions, including sourcing, bidding, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendorsDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesExpedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may ariseMonitor and track project budgets and expenses related to procurementCollaborate with project managers and other team members to identify procurement needs and develop procurement plansEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international laws and regulationsConduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors, and evaluate their capabilities and pricingPrepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreementsAssist with contract n...
