A busy frozen seafood import/export business is seeking a highly organised Procurement & Export Administrator. Youll manage export shipments and documentation, support procurement admin, and coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure goods move smoothly and compliantly.
Key Duties Prepare export docs: invoices, packing lists, B/L, certificates (EUR1, DAFF, NRCS, health, TRACES). Ensure compliance with export regulations and deadlines. Administer purchase orders, import/export files, permits, and stock-related paperwork. Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, shipping lines, cold store, and production. Track shipments, update stakeholders, and resolve export issues quickly.
