Procurement Manager

Oversee the company’s sourcing capabilities and supply chain. Responsible for strategic sourcing -finding and evaluating suppliers, products and services, negotiating contracts and acquiring the most cost-efficient methods without compromising on quality. Responsible for vendor interactions and maximize their value.

Detailed Responsibilities

1. Execute, and negotiate procurement related functions (e.g. develop and implement contract management, procurement frameworks, sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, manage vendor contracts etc.)
2. Development of new suppliers to ensure there are alternate sources of supply for each item. Source materials to reduce the cost without affecting the quality
3. Regular audit of the suppliers – a supplier price history database to capture and assess the supplier’s service, quality and price performance
