Role
Work closely with various G&A other service procuring teams to understand their procurement needsDevelop structure around procurement decisions, ensure mechanisms to provide for transparency in the function like Supplier short list criterions, suppliers short lists, decision matrix for procurement decisionsIdentify suppliers for specific procurement, negotiate and present the cases of best suppliers to the end users and authorized approversConsolidate various ad-hoc procurements into a few comprehensive arrangements – one stop supplier arrangementsReduce advance payment requirements through sustained supplier relationshipsFacilitate suppliers to adhere to Morningstar process and systems on procurement and paymentsBuild mechanisms to ensure all anti-corruption laws are followed by all stakeholders – internal and external, in letter and spiritThe position currently...
