Job Description

• Manage procurement and purchase of equipment, materials, and services that comply with project agreed specifications and requirements.
• Co‑ordinate between suppliers and internal departments/project teams to ensure specifications are met and in compliance with client requirements.
• Responsible to source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, prices, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and/or subcontractors locally and overseas.
• Source new suppliers, monitor vendor performance and quality, meet specific technical specification and maintain a current database of vendor information.
• Improve processes by advising on sourcing strategies and improvement changes to ensure timely delivery on projects.
