Luna Coffee is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
Source food, beverage, and operational supplies
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
Generate purchase orders
Monitor stock requirements
Maintain supplier relationships
Ensure timely procurement and delivery
Requirements
2–3 years of procurement experience
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in restaurant or hospitality procurement preferred
Proficiency in Excel and inventory systems
