Responsibilities

• Review the supplier database and cross‑check completeness of supplier information per group compliances.
• Work with Category buyers and suppliers to collate and upkeep supplier information in our e‑portal.
• Help review mapping of applicable framework agreements and suggest viability in APAC region.
• Track and share the local framework and local agreement validity.
• Manage quotation catalogue on cloud server.
• Consolidate price lists with suppliers based on Category Manager inputs.
• Organize and maintain supplier data in procurement tools.
• Provide other ad‑hoc support to improve overall efficiency.
