Procurement Specialist I

Wavetronix, the global leader in radar-based vehicle detection technologies, seeks a Procurement Specialist I to help us proactively manage the supply chain. This person will be a critical team member in a high-paced environment that includes general procurement responsibilities and supplier relationship management. They will actively participate in an environment of continuous improvement and will develop skills and traits to become an effective leader.

A successful Procurement Specialist I will accomplish the following:

First 30 days


+ Participate in Wavetronix onboarding and personal development training.

+ Gain basic Oracle Fusion knowledge of key interface screens.

+ Understand how Wavetronix products are manufactured.

+ Gain understanding of 3-way paperwork matching for Accounts Payable activities.

+ Learn basic procurement practices with the ability to begin making purchases with little oversight.
