Procurement Supervisor

• Will handle some main procurement packages for the project, reporting to Dep. Proc. Manager and Proc. Manager
• Evaluate the requests from Requesting Units (RU), mainly from the Construction team
• Evaluate vendors/suppliers based on their capabilities and performance
• Release RFQs and evaluate the submitted proposals based on the Project requirements
• Prepare comparative/analysis and award recommendations for selected vendor/supplier

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably registered Civil Engineer
• 5–10 years of procurement experience in construction/infrastructure projects. Experience in railway projects is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and subcontracting
• Knowledge of local procurement laws and industry standards
